Ingredients
- 4 roti (Indian flatbread)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chili powder (adjust according to preference)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Tear the roti into small pieces using your hands or chop them into strips using a knife.

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add onions, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add grated carrots, sliced bell pepper, and chopped tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.

Add turmeric powder, curry powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the torn roti pieces and soy sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot as is or with a side of yogurt or chutney.
