- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
