- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
