How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Beef Biltong Recipe
Savory beef jerky with a South African twist, this biltong recipe is high in protein and perfect for a snack or on-the-go meal.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs grass-fed beef, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
Instructions

Combine apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a shallow dish.

Dip each beef strip into the marinade, making sure to coat both sides.

Sprinkle a generous amount of coarse sea salt over the strips and place them on a large wire rack.

Hang the wire rack in a cool, dry place for 3-4 hours or until the beef has dried out and becomes firm.

Once dried, store the beef biltong in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
