  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Grease an 8-inch baking pan.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Add in vegetable oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  5. Fold in chopped pecans.

  6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
