How To Make Sbarro’s Garlic Bread Recipe

Garlic bread with a crispy crust and soft inside, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp of butter, softened
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place cut side up on a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut side of the bread.

  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top of the garlic butter mixture.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown.

  7. Slice and serve immediately.
