Decadent brownies made with black beans instead of flour!

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a food processor, puree black beans until smooth.

Add eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, olive oil, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Process until smooth.

Pour batter into baking dish and smooth the surface.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
