How To Make Potbelly Meatball Sandwich Recipe
A delicious combination of juicy meatballs, tangy marinara sauce, and melted provolone cheese on warm and toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 375°F. 
- 
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and parmesan cheese. Mix well. 
- 
Roll mixture into 12-14 meatballs. 
- 
In a large skillet, brown meatballs over medium-high heat. 
- 
Add marinara sauce to skillet and stir to combine with meatballs. 
- 
Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and top with meatballs and sauce. 
- 
Add 2 slices of provolone cheese to each sandwich. 
- 
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. 
- 
Serve hot.
