How To Make Old Country Buffet Meatloaf Recipe
Classic meatloaf recipe just like what you would find at Old Country Buffet restaurants.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Stir in chopped onion and green pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×5 inch loaf pan, pressing down gently to fill the pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
