Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup brownie bites
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

  3. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine.

  4. Stir in flour until just combined.

  5. Pour batter into a greased 8-inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the brownies.

  6. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, brownie bites, and whipped cream.
