How To Make O’Charley’s Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe
A creamy and cheesy casserole loaded with broccoli, perfect as a comforting side dish.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth.

Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and thick.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the grated cheddar cheese until melted.

Add the steamed broccoli to the cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated.
