How To Make LongHorn Steakhouse Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Succulent shrimp grilled with LongHorn’s special seasoning.

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.

  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly charred.

  6. Remove from grill and serve hot.
