- 4 bagels, sliced in half
- 8 oz. smoked salmon
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Instructions

Toast the bagel halves and set aside.

Spread cream cheese on the top half of each bagel.

Layer smoked salmon on the bottom half of each bagel.
