How To Make Krispy Kreme Blueberry Cake Donuts
Delicious, fluffy and bursting with blueberry flavor, these Krispy Kreme style cake donuts are a treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In another small mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient bowl and mix well.

Fold in blueberries.

Add donut batter to a piping bag and pipe into greased donut pan, filling each mold 2/3 full.

Bake donuts for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Allow to cool in pan for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or glaze with a blueberry frosting.
