How To Make Hardee’s Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit Recipe

Fluffy biscuits filled with crispy bacon, eggs and melted cheese.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh biscuits
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy then set aside.

  3. Crack the eggs into the same pan and cook sunny-side up.

  4. While the eggs are cooking, slice biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. Toast the biscuits in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

  6. Layer each biscuit with a slice of cheese, bacon and then an egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Top with the other half of the biscuit and serve hot!
