How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse’s Chocolate Lava Cake
Decadent chocolate cake with a gooey, melt-in-your-mouth center.

Ingredients
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Large Egg Yolks
- 6 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Cooking Spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave.

In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, eggs and egg yolks.

Gradually add in the melted chocolate and butter.

Fold in the flour and a pinch of salt.

Grease 4 ramekins with cooking spray.

Divide the batter into ramekins, fill them up to ¾ of the way.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes.

Gently loosen the cakes from the ramekins and turn them over onto the plates.

Serve hot, garnish with powdered sugar and whipped cream.
