  • 1 lb. ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onions, and peppers. Cook until they are tender.

  2. Add sliced steak, mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook until the steak is browned and the mushrooms are tender.

  3. Turn off the heat and top the steak mixture with provolone cheese slices.

  4. Toast sub rolls and fill with the steak mixture.
