Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the bacon and sausage for about 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, butter, and eggs until just combined.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle per pancake. Flip the pancakes when the edges start to dry and bubbles form on the surface. Cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve two pancakes per plate with two eggs, two strips of bacon, and two sausage links. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
