Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh okra
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Clean and cut the okra into small pieces.

In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk together.

Dip the okra pieces into the egg mixture, and then coat with the flour mixture.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large deep pan to 350°F.
