Ingredients
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and vodka to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
