A spicy, flavorful Cajun pasta dish with shrimp and Andouille sausage, tossed in a creamy sauce and served over linguine.

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz Andouille sausage
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package directions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add sliced Andouille sausage, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink and sausage is browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Lower heat to medium and pour heavy cream into the skillet.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

Serve Cajun pasta over cooked linguine, garnished with chopped parsley.
