How To Make Bojangles’ Bo-Berry Biscuits Recipe
Warm, flaky biscuits with juicy blueberries and a sweet icing drizzle.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ cup of cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp of milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Add in 1 cup of milk and mix until just combined.

Fold in blueberries.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.

Roll out the dough until it’s about an inch thick.

Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of milk to make the icing.

Once the biscuits have cooled slightly, drizzle icing over each biscuit.
