- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 6 Bob Evans Biscuits, baked and cut into small pieces
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled; drain excess grease.

In a separate pan, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper and cook until thickened.

Add the sausage to the pan with the milk mixture.

Add the biscuit pieces and stir to coat.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Pour the beaten eggs over the top.
