How To Make Bob Evans Wildfire Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Spicy grilled chicken with BBQ sauce, smoked bacon, and melted pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices smoked bacon
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush both sides with olive oil.

Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Brush chicken with BBQ sauce mixture during last 2 minutes of grilling.

Toast brioche buns on grill or grill pan.

Assemble sandwiches by placing grilled chicken on bottom bun, topped with bacon, pepper jack cheese, and top bun.
