How To Make Bob Evans Sausage Gravy and Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 Bob Evans Original Pork Sausage Patties
- 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 biscuits, split in half and toasted
Instructions

Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk in the flour until smooth. Gradually stir in the milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve the sausage gravy over the toasted biscuits and top with the cooked sausage patties.
