Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Butter or cooking spray for griddle
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat egg and stir in milk and mashed banana.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
