  • 8 cups of mixed greens
  • 4 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.

  3. Grill chicken until cooked through, then slice.

  4. In a large bowl, add mixed greens, chicken, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, grape tomatoes, blue cheese, avocado, and red onion.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine.

  6. Serve with ranch dressing.
