How To Make Bob Evans Loaded Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

Add milk and butter to the pot and mash the potatoes until smooth.

Mix in sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
