Ingredients
- 1 and 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and water.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
