How To Make Benihana Hibachi Filet Mignon Recipe
Juicy and tender filet mignon, prepared hibachi-style with a delicious blend of soy sauce, butter, garlic and spices.

Ingredients
- 4 (6oz) filet mignons
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sake
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups cooked Japanese rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Combine soy sauce, sake, butter, garlic, sugar and black pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until butter is melted.

Heat a hibachi grill to high heat.

Season filets with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

Serve each filet on a bed of rice, drizzled with the sauce. Garnish with green onions.
