  • -Whipped cream
  • -Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. While the pie crust is baking for 15 minutes, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

  3. Beat until smooth. Pour into the pie crust.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

  5. Let cool for 10 minutes. Add powdered sugar and whipped cream. Garnish with lemon slices.
