How To Make Benihana Hibachi Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 broccoli head, separated into florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add sesame oil and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the pan.

  3. Add the zucchini, onions, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute until the sauce is evenly distributed and vegetables are coated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
