How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Stir well to combine ingredients.

  3. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

  4. Stir in frozen peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
