Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well to combine ingredients.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Stir in frozen peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
