Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve the grilled chicken garnished with fresh parsley.
