Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the leeks and cook until softened.

Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the white beans and return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
