  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 leeks, trimmed and sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and leeks.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on top of the potato and leek mixture.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chopped dill.

  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the salmon, leeks, and potatoes.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
