- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 leeks, trimmed and sliced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and leeks.

Place the salmon fillets on top of the potato and leek mixture.
