How To Make Chocolate & Banana French Toast
A delicious twist on traditional French toast with the added sweetness of chocolate and banana.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray for greasing the pan
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mash the bananas until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Stir the mashed bananas into the egg mixture until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease with butter or cooking spray.

Dip each slice of bread into the banana and egg mixture, ensuring it is coated on both sides.

Place the coated bread onto the heated skillet and cook until golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
