Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables.

  2. Arrange the vegetables on a platter or serving dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the hummus, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place the dipping sauce in a small bowl in the center of the platter.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
