How To Make Grilled Paneer Wraps

Ingredients
- 300g paneer, cut into cubes
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add marinated paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and crispy.

In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.

Warm tortilla wraps in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.

Place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of the sauce on the wrap.

Add grilled paneer cubes, sliced bell peppers, and onions on top of the sauce.

Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortilla wraps.

Serve the grilled paneer wraps with extra sauce on the side and garnish with fresh cilantro.
