How To Make Creamy chicken leeks

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced leeks and garlic. Cook until the leeks are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the creamy leek sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.

Serve the creamy chicken and leeks over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
