Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.

  4. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  5. Serve the cranberry chicken with the sauce spooned over the top and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
