How To Make Crazy Simple Cottage Ham, Potatoes, and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb cottage ham, diced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add diced cottage ham and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Add diced potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Stir in green beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes until beans are cooked but still crisp.

Season with salt and black pepper, adjust to taste.
