How To Make Creamy Garlic and Mushroom Chicken Thighs

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender.

Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
