How To Make Chicken Korma

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup water
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir in garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Serve hot with rice or naan.
