How To Make Easy Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 sausages
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal rectangles.

Place a sausage on each rectangle and roll up tightly.

Cut each roll into smaller pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the rolls with the beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
