How To Make Chicken Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in the dried thyme and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and sauce. Allow it to melt for a minute or two.

Serve the chicken with the creamy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
