Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove prawns from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits. Cook for 2 minutes to reduce the wine.

  6. Add chicken or vegetable broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer.

  7. Stir in cooked linguine and prawns. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
