Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken, drained and shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until softened.

  2. Add the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in the canned chicken and heavy cream. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
