Ingredients

  • 1 can of chicken, drained
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped water chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 8 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together chicken, green onions, red bell pepper, and water chestnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.

  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.

  4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!
