How To Make Ranch Hummus

Give crackers and veggie snacks the perfect pair with this ranch hummus. It’s made with a blend of tahini, lemon juice, and garlic with ranch seasoning.

  • 30ozchick peas,(2 cans), drained and rinsed
  • ¼cupolive oil,plus more for topping if desired
  • 2tbsptahini,optional
  • 2tbspfresh lemon juice
  • 1mediumfresh garlic,clove, peeled
  • 2ozHidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix,(2 pkgs)
  • ½cupwater,as needed
  • fresh parsley,chopped


  1. Add chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning mix to a food processor. 

  2. Add in ¼ cup water then blend the mixture for about 4 minutes until it is smooth while adding in more water to thin as desired.

  3. The dip will thicken as it sits and once it is chilled; thin with more water as needed. 

  4. Plate and swirl, then drizzle in more olive oil and garnish with parsley if desired. Store in refrigerator.
